Starting with our original Charleston store in 1982, then moving to East Tropicana in 1988, we have always taken pride in producing the finest bread, rolls and pastries for our friends and customers of Las Vegas.
Product development is an ongoing relationship with our customers. While all of our products are developed in-house, many products ideas have come from the extremely talented chefs here in Las Vegas. We encourage everyone to visit our facility to discuss their baking needs.
After a devasting fire in 2007 that totally destroyed our bakery, we have built a new, state-of-art factory which will enable us to combine high-tech production with old-world baking traditions.
